Hi my name is Mike. I am 23 years old and am 5’9’’ and weight 50 kilos. I have tried to gain weight for ages. I have been working out since I was 18 but it hasn’t helped me. Of course I wasn’t always regular. I’ve been doing it regularly for the past three months and I’ve got decent abs and biceps. However, my weight is not increasing. For the last five years, it has been stuck at 50 kilos. It’s like I’m a very lean version of Hrithik Roshan. Is there a diet plan which would really help me increase my mass?
